Before registering please note:

1. Registration includes morning and afternoon tea, lunch and conference pack.
2. All registration must be complete and paid in full before COB Friday May 15, 2015.
3. Registration will be confirmed once full payment is received.
4. Registration and payments will not be accepted at the conference.
5. Registrations cancelled after May 4, 2015 will not be refunded.
   (A $50 administration and cancellation fee will apply)
6. Payments can be made by credit card, cheque or direct deposit.
