Hospitality of Heart: Re-visioning Transformative Attitudes for Mission Across Cultures

In this workshop participants will be led through some input on:

• Encountering diversity
• Relating and transitioning across cultures
• Creating a space for difference
• Re-visioning transformative attitudes for mission
• Cultivating “A Just Hospitality in a World of Difference”

Carefully guided interactive processes will enable participants to reflect and share their experiences of being guest, stranger, and host, in their various ministries. Participants will be challenged to explore their own patterns of thinking and cultural preferences, and to deepen their understanding of the importance of embracing transformative attitudes for Mission across cultures, with a truly hospitable heart.
